Patricia grew up on the Hauraki Plains and holidayed each summer at Mount Maunganui.
Patricia has 35 years’ experience in legal practice and has a particular focus on matters affecting families. She is a lawyer for children and an accredited mediator.
Patricia finds working at the Mount a dream come true, with the beach, the Mount and the cafes only a stroll from the office.
Outside of work she enjoys tramping, horse riding, and travel.
She believes in making legal matters uncomplicated and affordable for everyone.
Talia is locally born and bred. Having completed her law studies at Waikato University in 2004, she returned to the Bay and has been a regular advocate in the Family and District Court since. Talia balances her busy work life with horse riding, fishing and exercise on our lovely beaches.
Talia specialises in all Family Court matters including custody cases, separations, adoptions, relationship property, prenuptial agreements and domestic violence. She also has a particular interest in law for the elderly.

David grew up on a dairy farm in the Waikato and completed his legal studies at Otago University in 2004.
David has previously worked for law firms in Hamilton, Te Aroha and Tauranga and has also spent time living and working in London.
David specialises in commercial and property law. He is able to advise and assist with residential conveyancing, commercial and rural property transactions, business sales, trusts, asset protection, succession and estate planning matters, and other areas of general practice.
David has a great love of travelling. He loves living in the Mt and also enjoys spending time on the family farm, playing golf and squash, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
Damian started in our firm in February 2018.
Damian has previously worked in Hamilton.
Damian is able to advise and assist with family, criminal and other areas of general practice.
Damian enjoys playing sport, and spending time with his young family.
